Spirit Trap (Original title)
Dates: 2004 (Copyright), 12 August 2005 (Release)

Country: United Kingdom

Directed by: David Smith

Synopsis: Horror. A group of friends move in into a mansion. One of them, Jenny, identifies a clock as a spirit clock, 'a bridge between this world and the next'. Her housemate, Nick, discovers a journal telling of a widow and her servant lover. Jenny's flashbacks/visions show the black servant shooting the widow at her request, so they can remain in the house, a 'spirit trap'. Tina, another housemate, is revealed to be the widow and confirms that one of them must die in order for her lover to return to the spirit trap. After a tussle the remaining friends escape to discover that no time has passed in the outside world.
